Darwin Gillett (Dar) is president of Gillett Associates, an international consulting organization, specializing in holistic organizational performance improvement based on the effective management of human energy systems and human capital.

He is also founder and president of the Institute for Human Economics, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to researching and communicating new models of managerial science for leaders of businesses and other work organizations.

Previous Positions include:

Director of Corporate Planning of Hubbell Inc., a leading Fortune 500 manufacturer of electrical and electronic wiring devices and lighting equipment, where he developed the company's diversification strategy and revitalized division planning.

Earlier, he led Union Carbide's two-year project that created the company's strategic thinking and planning process.

Mr. Gillett was also President and CEO of Formatron, a manufacturer of equipment for the beauty industry, where he built strategic alliances with beauty distributors.

He also served as Director of Administration of a full service, 85-attorney law firm, where he revitalized the support staff, upgraded the firm's information technology, and improved client service.
